Domestic Relations

The Domestic Relations Division of the Family Court has jurisdiction over all matters which involve married or previously married individuals, as well as domestic violence civil protection orders. Cases filed in the Domestic Relations Division also include divorces, dissolutions, custody, child support, and post-decree motions for matters which have previously been before the Court.
